Cebu is set to become a destination for Asia’s cocktail scene as NUSTAR Resort Cebu hosts Asia Icons: The Fiesta Closing Party on November 15, 2026. Bringing together nine award-winning bars from across Asia, the one-night-only event will serve as the grand finale of The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta 2026, which is expanding beyond Metro Manila to Cebu for the first time.
Taking place at the resort’s Grand Ballroom, the event will gather internationally recognized bars and bartenders for an evening of creative cocktails, distinctive flavors, and cross-cultural exchange.
Asia’s Award-Winning Bars Take Center Stage
Leading the international lineup is Hope & Sesame from Guangzhou, China, ranked No. 1 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 and named The Best Bar in Asia 2026. Joining the celebrated bar are Bar Us from Bangkok, ranked No. 6; Coa from Hong Kong, at No. 24; and Three X Co from Kuala Lumpur, ranked No. 32.
Completing the international roster is Singapore’s BOP (Bartenders of Pony), which earned No. 52 on the extended 51–100 list of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026.
The Philippines will also have a strong presence, led by Problem Child, ranked No. 44 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 and named The Best Bar in the Philippines 2026. The Spirits Library, which placed No. 98 on the extended list, will join ReCraft and Raion, both featured on 50 Best Discovery.
Adding to the experience are NUSTAR’s own bar and beverage concepts, including Mott 32, Axis Entertainment & Sports Bar, Fili Lobby Lounge, and NUSTAR Lobby Lounge. Their participation further highlights the resort’s growing role in Cebu’s dining, entertainment, and premium cocktail scene.
Mott 32 Cebu Welcomes Beijing’s Bar Long Fong
Ahead of the grand finale, NUSTAR Resort Cebu will host a special guest shift at Mott 32 Cebu on November 13, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The two-hour collaboration will bring together Fan Zhu, co-founder of Beijing’s award-winning Bar Long Fong, and Jay Natividad, Mott 32 Cebu’s award-winning head mixologist. Together, they will showcase their respective approaches to cocktail-making, offering local enthusiasts an opportunity to experience internationally recognized bartending talent.
Bar Long Fong ranked No. 96 on the extended Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 list and previously received the Bar of the Year and Best Cocktail Menu awards at the 2023 North Regional DRiNK Awards.
Open to the public, the guest shift adds another highlight to the festival’s Cebu program, bringing together established names from the international cocktail community.

Asia Icons: The Fiesta Closing Party will take place on November 15, 2026, from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the Grand Ballroom of NUSTAR Resort Cebu.
Tickets are priced at ₱1,999 nett, inclusive of cocktails from participating bars and free-flowing pours from NUSTAR. Food will be available for purchase. Groups can also take advantage of a Buy 10 Tickets, Get 1 Free offer.
