Global superstar LISA is inviting fans into her latest musical chapter with the release of ** PRESS PLAY **, a six-track EP out via LLOUD Co./RCA Records. Blending music, cinematic storytelling, and her signature performance style, the project is designed to be experienced like a movie—giving listeners a reason to sit back and press play.
Alongside the EP, LISA unveiled the music video for focus track “Tarantino,” which follows an action-packed journey through a hotel as she attempts to deliver a note to her favorite director. True to its cinematic inspiration, the video features high-energy action sequences and LISA throwing punches at anyone who stands in her way.
‘SaWaDiKa’ Makes A Strong Global Impact
The EP also features “SaWaDiKa,” the previously released single whose title comes from the Thai greeting for “hello.” Shot in LISA’s native Bangkok, the accompanying music video recorded more than 70.8 million YouTube views within its first 24 hours, making it one of her biggest YouTube debuts and the biggest YouTube debut of 2026, according to the release.
The track also debuted at No. 69 on the Billboard Hot 100, marking LISA’s highest debut on the chart.
LISA recently returned to the MTV Video Music Awards to perform “SaWaDiKa” in its television debut. She also took home the award for Best Pop for “Dream feat. Kenatro Sakaguchi,” becoming the first solo K-pop artist to win in the category.
Making History In Las Vegas
Beyond the new music, LISA is preparing for her VIVA LA LISA Residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The six-show run is scheduled for November, with the first four performances selling out in under 10 minutes. Two additional dates have since been added.
The residency marks another milestone in LISA’s solo career, positioning her as the first K-pop artist to stage a Las Vegas residency.
From Music To The Big Screen
LISA’s creative ventures extend beyond the stage and recording studio. Her feature documentary, Always Lalisa, directed by Sue Kim, recently arrived in cinemas worldwide following its premiere at the Toronto Film Festival.
The documentary chronicles a pivotal year in LISA’s solo career, covering the release of Alter Ego, the launch of her own company, LLOUD, and her solo debut at Coachella.
With PRESS PLAY, LISA continues to expand her artistic range, bringing together music, visual storytelling, and live performance as she builds on her growing global presence.
