Asialink Finance Corporation (AFC) recorded more than ₱13 billion in loan releases from January to September 2026, reflecting sustained demand for financing among Filipino entrepreneurs, vehicle owners, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

From January 2024 to September 2026, the company released approximately ₱29 billion in loans and served more than 57,000 businesses and MSME borrowers nationwide, supporting enterprises seeking capital to sustain and expand their operations.

As of September 2026, AFC’s total loan portfolio reached approximately ₱26.9 billion, representing a 20% increase from the same period last year. Business and MSME loans accounted for more than 55% of the portfolio, highlighting the growing importance of business financing in the company’s lending operations. From January to September 2026, AFC served 14,926 MSME clients nationwide.

The company recorded its highest monthly loan releases in July 2026, reaching ₱1.73 billion. Monthly releases remained above ₱1.2 billion throughout the first nine months of the year, bringing the average to ₱1.45 billion, up from ₱1.36 billion during the same period in 2025.

Among AFC’s financing products, car refinancing led in loan releases from January to September 2026 at approximately ₱4.32 billion, followed by second-hand car financing at ₱4.17 billion and truck refinancing at ₱1.52 billion.

“Our loan releases reflect the financing needs we continue to see across the market. As businesses grow, their financing requirements also evolve, and we continue to expand our solutions to meet those needs while maintaining disciplined and responsible lending,” said Anna Katrina C. Bañez, President and CEO of Asialink Finance Corporation.

Expanding Financing Options For Growing Businesses

AFC’s expanding business-lending portfolio also supports its entry into financing solutions for larger enterprises. In September 2026, the company launched GrowBiz Loan, a financing program for qualified medium-sized enterprises seeking capital for business expansion, equipment and vehicle purchases, inventory, new locations, working capital, and other growth initiatives.

Through GrowBiz, eligible businesses can access financing of up to ₱100 million, providing an additional funding option as their operations and capital requirements grow.

“As we broaden our support for businesses, our objective is not simply to provide larger financing amounts, but to offer solutions that are aligned with the scale and requirements of the businesses we serve. We want to be a financing partner that businesses can rely on as they move through different stages of growth,” Bañez added.

The company’s financing solutions have also supported entrepreneurs pursuing business growth. Among them are Rolando and Maylen Manalo, who began by selling fruits before expanding into real estate with support from Asialink’s Sangla OR/CR Loan.

As of September 2026, AFC operates more than 255 branches nationwide and employs over 2,600 people. With its expanding network and growing loan portfolio, the company continues to provide financing options for individuals, MSMEs, and medium-sized enterprises across the Philippines.
