Asialink Finance Corporation (AFC) is expanding its financing support for established businesses with the launch of GrowBiz Loan, a new program that offers qualified medium enterprises up to ₱100 million in financing with repayment terms of up to seven years.
Designed exclusively for business purposes, GrowBiz significantly increases the financing capacity available to AFC clients. Compared with the company’s existing Real Estate Mortgage (REM) Loan, which offers up to ₱20 million with a maximum five-year term, the new program provides a higher funding ceiling and longer repayment period for businesses with larger capital requirements.
Financing For Business Expansion
GrowBiz is designed to support medium enterprises looking to expand operations, purchase additional vehicles or equipment, increase inventory, open new branches or locations, and strengthen working capital. Qualified borrowers may access negotiable rates starting at 0.75%, with final loan amounts, rates, and repayment terms determined based on their financing needs, business capacity, and credit profile.
Loans may be secured through real estate property or a fleet of cars and trucks, giving established businesses financing options based on their available assets. Applications will undergo a comprehensive credit evaluation appropriate for the larger financing amounts under the program.
“Medium enterprises are at a pivotal stage in their growth journey. They have the ambition, track record, and opportunities to scale, but realizing that potential often requires financing that can move at the pace of their business,” said AFC President and CEO Anna Katrina C. Bañez.
Supporting The Next Stage Of Growth
The GrowBiz launch builds on AFC’s expanding business-lending portfolio. From 2024 to July 2026, the company released approximately ₱27 billion in loans and served more than 53,000 MSME borrowers nationwide. As of July 2026, its total loan portfolio reached approximately ₱26 billion, up 23% from the same period the previous year, with business and MSME loans accounting for 54% of the portfolio.
By the end of 2026, AFC aims to release ₱28 billion through GrowBiz while continuing to expand its financing support for medium enterprises nationwide. As of August 2026, the company operates more than 255 branches and employs approximately 2,632 people across its operations.
With GrowBiz, AFC is extending its relationship-driven approach to businesses taking on larger expansion projects and more capital-intensive opportunities.
