Asialink Finance Corporation (AFC) was named Best Real Estate Financing Institution at the Philippine Real Estate Awards 2026, recognizing the company’s growing presence in the real estate financing market and its expanding range of financing solutions for qualified property buyers.

The recognition comes as Asialink continues to build its Real Estate Financing (REF) business, which launched in December 2025. From December 2025 to August 2026, the company recorded more than ₱27.7 million in Real Estate Financing releases while developing partnerships with property developers and industry stakeholders across the country.

Expanding Financing Options For Property Buyers

Asialink’s real estate financing portfolio includes three core products: Real Estate Mortgage (REM) or Sangla Titulo, Housing Unit Take-Out Financing, and Acquisition of Property Financing.

Through its Acquisition of Property facility, qualified borrowers can access up to ₱20 million to purchase residential properties from accredited developers, with rates starting at 0.58% per month. Housing Unit Take-Out Financing is available to qualified homebuyers purchasing properties from Asialink’s accredited developer partners.

Meanwhile, REM or Sangla Titulo allows qualified borrowers to use titled real estate as collateral for financing needs, including business purposes.

The company’s REF business is supported by 17 real estate developer and industry partners nationwide, including Primeworld Land Holdings Inc., Eastland Property Ventures Inc., HTLand Inc., Philippine Estates Corporation, Masaito Development Corporation, Vester Corporation, and Ferti-Acres Agricultural Inc.

Strengthening Its Presence In Cebu

Asialink is also expanding its real estate financing services in Cebu, with recent partnerships with Primeworld, Eastland, and HTLand aimed at providing qualified homebuyers in the province with additional financing options.

“As a homegrown Cebuana, I am especially pleased that we can bring Asialink’s real estate financing solutions closer to more homebuyers in Cebu,” said Anna Katrina C. Bañez, President and CEO of Asialink Finance Corporation. “Our partnerships with HTLand, Eastland and Primeworld allow us to work more closely with developers and provide qualified buyers with additional financing options as they work toward owning a home.”

The company has also expanded its digital reach through a partnership with Lamudi Philippines, connecting its financing solutions with Lamudi’s property-search platform. AFC is likewise a member of the Chamber of Real Estate & Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA), strengthening its engagement with developers, brokers, and other stakeholders in the Philippine real estate industry.

Asialink’s expansion into real estate financing builds on its established nationwide financing footprint. From 2024 to July 2026, the company released approximately ₱27 billion in loans and served more than 53,000 MSME borrowers. As of August 2026, it operates more than 255 branches nationwide and employs approximately 2,632 people.

“We see an opportunity to build a stronger financing ecosystem around homebuyers and developers,” Bañez said. “As we expand our partnerships, our focus is to provide qualified borrowers with financing options that respond to their property needs while building a sustainable real estate financing business.”

Asialink plans to continue expanding its network of developer and property industry partners as it grows its real estate financing business.
