From pristine beaches and vibrant coral reefs to the rich flavors of island life, Oceania offers endless inspiration for food lovers. This September, Waterside at Solaire Resort Entertainment City continues its “Eat Around The World” culinary series with a new gastronomic journey through Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and beyond.

The experience begins with Roasted Pumpkin and Kumara Soup, inspired by New Zealand’s classic pairing of pumpkin and sweet potato. Silky and naturally sweet, the comforting soup offers a warm introduction to the flavors of the region.

For a refreshing start, Kokoda brings a taste of Fiji to the table. Delicately cured fish is combined with lime, coconut cream, chili, and tomatoes, creating a bright and citrusy dish that awakens the palate.

Heartier flavors take center stage with the Hangi Style Lamb, featuring herb-marinated lamb paired with roasted root vegetables. The Hawaiian Kalua Pork offers another satisfying option, combining slow-roasted pork shoulder with banana leaf, cabbage, and pineapple relish for a savory dish balanced by tropical sweetness.

For sharing, the Polynesian Seafood Luau Platter brings together grilled lobster, mahi-mahi, and prawns served with coconut-lime sauce and tropical salsa. The selection captures the smoky, briny, creamy, and tangy flavors of an island feast.

The grill selection features the Australian Ribeye Steak, known for its tender texture and satisfying char, alongside Jumbo Prawns with Macadamia Crumble, pairing fresh seafood with the buttery crunch of macadamia.

Dessert brings the journey to a sweet close with Pavlova, featuring crisp meringue, soft interiors, and bright passion fruit, as well as Sticky Date Pudding, a warm and tender treat served with sweet sauce.

With its Oceania-inspired menu, Waterside invites diners to slow down, savor the flavors, and experience the spirit of island gatherings—one plate at a time.
