The recognition brings the number of Wynn properties featured on the platform to four, joining Wynn Palace, Chef Tam’s Seasons, and Mizumi, further strengthening the resort operator’s reputation for world-class hospitality and gastronomy.

Helmed by Executive Chef Henry Zhang Zhicheng, Drunken Fish combines premium seafood sourced from around the world with an extensive selection of fine wines and spirits.
Chef Zhang draws inspiration from various regional Chinese cuisines while incorporating vibrant Asian flavors to create a distinctive seafood menu. His culinary approach emphasizes the natural qualities of premium ingredients, elevated through innovative cooking techniques.
Among the restaurant’s signature offerings are dishes infused with Moutai, China’s renowned baijiu, including Red-spotted grouper with pickled tomato, chili, and Moutai, and Crispy chicken flambéed with Moutai, highlighting the restaurant’s unique culinary identity.

Every Friday and Saturday evening, the restaurant hosts its signature Live Auction of Fine Seafood and Wine, where guests can bid on rare seafood delicacies and premium wines, adding an element of entertainment to the dining experience.

The venues are selected through votes cast by more than 3,000 Academy members, consisting of hospitality experts and industry professionals from across the globe.
