Global digital business services company TP is further expanding its operations in the Philippines with the opening of its 29th site in the country, a move expected to create more than 1,000 job opportunities for Filipinos.

The new facility will be located at the Four E-Com Center Building complex within the SM Mall of Asia area in Pasay City and is scheduled to begin operations by September.

The expansion was recently formalized through an agreement signed by TP in the Philippines Chief Executive Officer Rahul Jolly and Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Director General Tereso Panga.

“TP’s newest expansion reflects our continued confidence in Filipino talent and the country’s position as a global leader in customer experience and digital business services,” Jolly said.

As TP marks its 30th anniversary of operations in the Philippines, Jolly described the opening of the company’s 29th site as another strategic milestone in its growth journey.

“This isn’t just about expanding capacity; it is an investment in modern, digital-first infrastructure. This three-decade legacy is a testament to our enduring stability and the deep trust our global clients place in us,” he added.

TP strengthens investment in Philippine IT-BPM sector

Jolly also thanked PEZA and government stakeholders for their continued support as the company expands its presence in the country.

He said TP remains committed to creating meaningful careers and inclusive economic opportunities while delivering technology-enabled transformation solutions and digital business services to global brands.

Panga welcomed TP’s continued expansion, saying the development further reinforces the Philippines’ position as a major global hub for information technology-business process management and digital services.

“As TP broadens its presence across the country, particularly in emerging regional IT hubs, PEZA remains fully committed to supporting their future growth plans through investor-friendly policies, infrastructure development, and close collaboration with industry stakeholders,” Panga said.

“We look forward to creating more high-value jobs and economic opportunities for Filipinos together,” he added.

New Pasay site to support growing demand for digital services

The Four E-Com Center expansion marks TP’s third expansion announcement in less than a year and further strengthens the company’s growth momentum in the Philippines.

The new operations will complement TP’s existing Pasay site at the MAAX Building, also located within the SM Mall of Asia complex, which currently houses more than 5,000 TP employees.

The latest investment comes as global demand continues to grow for customer experience, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence-enabled services.

With three decades of operations in the Philippines, TP remains one of the country’s largest private employers and a major contributor to the local IT-BPM industry.

The opening of its 29th site highlights the company’s continued confidence in Filipino talent and its long-term commitment to expanding digital business services and employment opportunities in the country.
