The Ritz-Carlton continues its evolution from luxury hospitality icon to modern lifestyle tastemaker with the debut of its second collection with Madrid-based fashion label Late Checkout. Following their Gold Cannes Lions–winning first collaboration, Chapter II expands the creative dialogue between refinement and playful irreverence. The new capsule introduces accessories, loungewear, home pieces, and children’s wear, all presented in a palette of navy, ivory, and light blue—an homage to The Ritz-Carlton’s heritage through Late Checkout’s whimsical lens.

“This next chapter deepens our shared story with Late Checkout,” said Jamie Kerr, Global Head of Brand and Marketing for The Ritz-Carlton. “With family pieces and travel-ready accessories, it reflects how our brand naturally continues to grow while keeping the wit and craftsmanship that people loved from the start.”

The pieces blend sophistication with personality: featherlight knits featuring The Ritz-Carlton’s iconic lion, velvet Sukajan jackets with bold embroidery, tuxedo-inspired dressing gowns, cotton pajama sets, and the return of the cult-favorite baseball caps. A new globe motif, inspired by vintage travel emblems, symbolizes exploration—a theme echoed throughout the capsule.

The campaign film, directed by Rogelio González and produced by Little Spain, places Josh Hutcherson at the center of a surreal stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko. Set against Nikko’s lakes and forests, the film balances elegance with cinematic edge, while photographer Javier Ruiz captures the narrative’s quiet intensity. “The project keeps evolving,” Hutcherson said. “Nikko gave us an entirely new energy—stylish, funny, and cinematic.”

Late Checkout: A Ritz-Carlton Story – Chapter II launches globally on November 18, 2025, rolling out across 22 Ritz-Carlton properties and through immersive “Very Late Checkout” experiences in Dubai, Geneva, and Abama. In Asia, the limited-time collection will be available exclusively at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok and The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo, with the latter offering a themed afternoon tea.
