Christmas in the Philippines is a season of cherished traditions, thoughtful gift-giving, and memorable moments with loved ones. This year, Federal Land’s MITSUKOSHI BGC, located at the podium of The Seasons Residences, brings a touch of Japanese charm to the festivities with “A Very Kawaii Christmas,” a Hello Kitty-themed celebration featuring seasonal displays, interactive activities, and special shopping and dining offers.

The holiday festivities also put the spotlight on Grand Central Park, Federal Land’s master-planned community in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), home to MITSUKOSHI BGC and The Seasons Residences. Both developments recently earned recognition at the Philippines Real Estate Awards 2026, with MITSUKOSHI BGC winning Best Retail Development and The Seasons Residences receiving Best Mixed-Use Development. Federal Land also took home the evening’s most coveted recognition as Developer of the Year.

Where Japanese and Filipino Living Come Together

The Japanese-inspired experience at MITSUKOSHI BGC is brought to life through collaborations with iconic Japanese cultural properties such as Sanrio’s Hello Kitty, alongside a distinctive mix of dining, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences. This reflects the ethos behind The Seasons Residences: premium, authentic Japanese living.

The Seasons Residences combines Japanese-inspired design principles with the conveniences of a modern urban address. Its thoughtfully curated amenities and direct connection to MITSUKOSHI BGC give residents convenient access to Japanese retail, dining, and cultural experiences just an elevator ride away.

Its third tower, Aki, has begun unit handovers, while the unique amenity, The Guest House, provides an exclusive space for residents’ guests. The fourth and final tower, Fuyu, offers a limited selection of one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites for those looking to become part of this distinctive community.

A Kawaii Christmas Wonderland

Launched on October 29, the Christmas campaign transforms MITSUKOSHI BGC into a festive destination inspired by the beloved Sanrio character. Combining the joy of the holiday season with Hello Kitty’s signature kawaii aesthetic, the celebration invites visitors of all ages to rediscover the magic of Christmas through playful installations and activities.

At the heart of the celebration is a Christmas tree installation at the mall’s ground-floor main event space, complemented by pink accents, candy-cane-inspired details, and Hello Kitty-themed decorations. Whimsical displays also extend to the mall entrances, escalators, information desk, and other common areas, creating cheerful backdrops for photos as visitors explore the mall.
