Every Thursday to Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM until March 30, 2026, Latin Nights promises a festive journey of taste, music, and celebration.
Guests are greeted with refreshing cocktails like Mojitos, Caipirinhas, and tropical Piña Coladas with a modern twist, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. Chef Sherwin Reyes leads a culinary experience that begins with fresh appetizers such as Seabass Tiradillo and charcuterie selections including Bresaola, Salami Milano, Prosciutto, and artisanal cheeses.
The main courses feature hearty Latin-American specialties and premium roasted meats: Bourbon Barbecue Pork Ribs, Chimichurri Chicken, Herb-Crusted Lamb Rack, and Salt-Crusted Baked Salmon. Signature Latin dishes like Pastel De Fideo, Humintas, and Arroz Con Queso showcase the richness and diversity of the region’s cuisine.
