Innovative Bristle Technology For Smoother Styling
At the heart of the Dyson Airsmooth™ is a patented dual-bristle system engineered to guide hair through the styling process while reducing snagging and unnecessary stress.
Its Anti-snag bristles feature a looped structure that collapses to release strands more easily, helping reduce snagging and improve scalp comfort. Meanwhile, PivotFlex™ bristles use an open-base design to diffuse and control high-pressure airflow. Flexing up to 90 degrees, the tapered bristles help hair wrap and release smoothly while creating tension with less tangling and frizz.
Arranged in a distinctive teardrop formation, the two bristle types work together to provide tension from root to tip, helping smooth hair lengths and stretch curls and coils in a single motion.
The device also features intelligent heat control that measures temperature 100 times per second. This technology is designed to help manage heat exposure while preserving the integrity of natural curl patterns and hair textures over time.
