Ballet Manila continues its beloved Holiday Cheer Series, a family-oriented tradition that has become a Christmas season staple since 2022. This year, the company presents the timeless fairy tale “Snow White,” running from December 25 to 29, 2025, at the Aliw Theater in Pasay City.
Led by Ballet Manila CEO and Artistic Director Lisa Macuja Elizalde, who also choreographed the production, the Holiday Cheer Series is designed to make ballet an accessible and shared experience for families. Through familiar stories brought to life on stage, the series invites audiences of all ages to rediscover the joy of classical dance during the holidays.
“Holiday Cheer Series is our way of bringing people together through ballet,” Macuja Elizalde shared. “These productions are not only about artistry, but about using ballet to tell stories that parents and children can enjoy together, year after year.”

This season’s “Snow White” marks a milestone for Ballet Manila, featuring two alternating casts in the lead roles for the first time. Real-life couple Abigail Oliveiro and Mark Sumaylo bring natural chemistry to the stage, while Nanami Hasegawa and Romeo Peralta offer a fresh pairing that reflects the production’s themes of renewal and discovery. Together, the dancers embody the story’s enduring messages of love, resilience, and hope.

With enchanting choreography, vibrant storytelling, and performances that capture the warmth of the season, Ballet Manila invites audiences to make ballet part of their Christmas tradition. “Snow White” will be staged at 4:00 PM throughout its run at Aliw Theater.
