As the Philippines works to address an estimated 3.7 million housing units needed through 2028, Asialink Finance Corporation is expanding its housing finance network through partnerships with four real estate developers, giving qualified property buyers more financing options toward homeownership.

The partnerships with Philippine Estates Corporation, Ferti-Acres Inc., Masaito Development Corporation, and Vester Corporation expand Asialink’s network of accredited developers and bring its real estate financing solutions closer to prospective homeowners.

The expansion comes as housing supply and financing remain key to the country’s broader homeownership efforts. From July 2022 to June 2026, the government facilitated the delivery of 575,693 housing units, while 368,731 families received assistance through government housing financing programs.

“The housing challenge is not only about increasing the supply of homes. It is also about making financing accessible to qualified Filipinos who are ready to take the next step toward homeownership,” said Anna Katrina C. Bañez, President and Chief Executive Officer of Asialink Finance Corporation.

Through its Acquisition of Property facility, Asialink provides qualified borrowers with financing of up to ₱20 million for residential properties from accredited developers, with interest rates starting at 0.58% per month, subject to credit assessment, property evaluation, loan term, and approval.

Asialink also offers Housing Unit Take-Out Financing, allowing qualified buyers to finance their property through Asialink while the company pays the developer in full. Buyers then repay through manageable financing terms, with additional loan proceeds potentially available for business or personal needs.

Since launching its Real Estate Financing service in 2025, Asialink has released more than ₱27.7 million in housing loans to qualified borrowers as of August 2026.

“Our goal is to continue building a housing finance business that responds to how Filipinos actually pursue homeownership—by working with property developers and providing financing options that can help qualified buyers move forward,” Bañez said.
