Damosa Land, Inc. (DLI) continues to strengthen Mindanao’s real estate presence after receiving multiple honors at the 14th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards 2026 held on August 20 at Shangri-La The Fort.

DLI was named Best Boutique Developer for the second consecutive year and the third time since 2020. As the only Mindanao-homegrown developer recognized in this year’s awards, the achievement highlights the company’s growing influence in the region’s property sector.

Groundbreaking in January 2026, TRYP by Wyndham Samal is the first project approved under the Securities and Exchange Commission’s newly launched Securing and Expanding Capital in Real Estate Non-Traditional Securities (SEC-RENT) framework. Slated for completion in 2028, the development will bring the first global hotel brand to the Island Garden City of Samal. It has already sold 70% of its units, reflecting strong investor interest.

Inspired by the traditional Bahay na Bato, the project combines stone-inspired foundations, timber elements, expansive rooflines, and contemporary tropical hospitality to create a development rooted in its island setting.

Beyond TRYP by Wyndham Samal, DLI continues to expand its portfolio through developments including Agriya, Anflo Industrial Estate, Bridgeport, Damosa IT Park, Kahi Estates, Ameria, and Agriya Gardens.
