Graduating from senior high school marks a key transition for Filipino students as they prepare for university, employment, or entrepreneurship. To support this next step, Canva and the Department of Education (DepEd) have launched the Canva Graduate Access Program, which provides eligible Grade 12 graduates with one year of continued access to Canva Pro.
The initiative allows students to continue using the AI-powered creative tools they relied on in school, enabling them to create presentations, build portfolios, and further develop their skills as they prepare for future opportunities.
“Graduating from senior high school is an exciting moment when students begin carrying the creative and digital skills they’ve developed into university, careers, and entrepreneurship,” said Megan Townes, Regional Lead for Canva Education in Asia-Pacific and Japan. “At Canva, our goal is to ensure learners can continue building on these skills beyond the classroom.”

Eligible graduating Grade 12 students with active Canva Education accounts will receive an official email from the DepEd Philippines team with a secure activation link. Upon verification, they will receive a confirmation code to activate their one-year Canva Pro subscription. The offer must be claimed between April 1, 2026 and July 1, 2026.
With an estimated 1.2 million senior high school graduates this year, the program aims to expand access to digital tools and better prepare learners for future opportunities.
“Our goal is to ensure that Filipino learners are equipped not only with knowledge, but with the confidence and capabilities to pursue the opportunities ahead,” said Education Secretary Sonny Angara.
The collaboration between Canva and DepEd also includes initiatives such as Project AGAP – Artificial Intelligence (AI), which promotes responsible AI use through training for students, teachers, and parents, as well as Project TAWID, which connects learners with industry partners and provides access to AI training, micro-credentials, and work immersion opportunities.
Through these efforts, Canva and DepEd aim to support Filipino learners not only during their time in school, but as they transition into higher education, careers, and entrepreneurship.
