The 2026 celebration spanned three cities, starting in Los Angeles, moving to Levallois-Perret, France, and culminating in Bangkok on January 30, marking the key Asian edition of this global culinary showcase.

The Bangkok edition brought together culinary professionals, industry leaders, and partners for an interactive program led by senior executives from Cuisine Solutions Asia. Among the speakers were Antoine Grelet, Managing Director Asia, Mads Houlberg, Chief International Officer, and Gérard Bertholon, Chief Strategy Officer (Worldwide), who shared insights on the evolution and future of sous-vide.
Attendees experienced guided tasting stations designed to showcase the precision and versatility of sous-vide cooking. Highlights included a trio of Wellington variations — beef, crab, and stuffed salmon — demonstrating how sous-vide ensures consistent texture, tenderness, and flavor across premium proteins.
