Damosa Land Inc. is entering 2026 with its strongest development pipeline yet, highlighted by the upcoming launch of TRYP by Wyndham Samal, Mindanao’s newest international-branded hospitality project. The four-star, 100-room condotel features a 250-seat ballroom, flexible meeting spaces, upscale dining options, and modern recreational amenities, aiming to elevate Samal Island as both a leisure and business destination. Backed by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the development is projected to generate ₱1.2 billion in total sales value and set a new benchmark for tourism-driven growth in the region.

“The launch of TRYP by Wyndham Samal marks a new chapter that accelerates tourism, estate development, and community opportunities across Mindanao,” said Ricardo F. Lagdameo, President of Damosa Land.

Beyond hospitality, Damosa Land strengthened its residential, industrial, and IT portfolios in 2025. The Anflo Industrial Estate attracted significant foreign investment, including Thai Coconut Public Company Limited’s 430 million Baht facility, while expansions at GMAC Logitech and the San Pedro Substation support growing locators. The Damosa IT Park, Southern Mindanao’s first PEZA-accredited IT park, welcomed global outsourcing firm CloudStaff, reinforcing Davao’s appeal to international companies. Residential developments like Kahi Estates, a sustainable agri-residential community, showcase the company’s commitment to future-ready living spaces.

Damosa Land also deepened global partnerships with Jones Lang LaSalle to enhance estate management and asset performance, while supporting community programs in education, sports, and youth development. Initiatives include collaborations with UP PSAE, Adamson University scholarships, grassroots football programs, and hosting the IRONMAN 5150 triathlon on Samal Island.

With hospitality, industrial, IT, and community initiatives gaining momentum, Damosa Land enters 2026 with a clear focus: driving innovation, attracting investment, and building a stronger, globally competitive Mindanao.
