PLDT and Smart continue to shine on the global stage, earning multiple Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie® Awards at the 2025 International Business Awards (IBAs). The recognition highlights the Group’s leadership in brand innovation, digital inclusion, and tech-driven social impact—affirming how meaningful connections and modern solutions continue to uplift Filipinos nationwide.
Now in its 22nd year, the IBAs celebrate outstanding organizations and professionals across the world. This year’s winners were honored at a gala ceremony held at the Corinthia Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal, where PLDT and Smart stood out for programs that empower communities and strengthen digital experiences.
Leading the Group’s wins is TNT’s Petmaloop Challenge, which brought home a Gold Stevie® for Brand Experience of the Year – Consumer. The campaign showcased TNT’s reliable network through a series of travel livestreams that ultimately set a Guinness World Record for the Longest Travel Livestream. Another Gold Stevie® was awarded to the Digital Farmers Program (DFP) under the Achievement in Corporate Social Responsibility category. The initiative supports farmers in rural communities by providing digital tools and training that boost productivity and help bridge the country’s digital divide.
Additional honors include Silver Stevie® Awards for the TNT SIM Registration Viral Campaign and IDEATe, a program empowering women with disabilities through digital and economic opportunities. Bronze Stevie® Awards were given to eBizNovation, recognized for its strategic public-private partnerships that support MSMEs; #SafeandSmart Communities, which promotes disaster resilience through technology; and PH Digicon, cited for excellence in art, entertainment, and public events.
