To help young Filipinos build healthier habits early in life, AIA Philippines and the Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc. (KCFI), in collaboration with the Department of Education (DepEd), have launched Gen H: Generation Healthy, an educational video series that turns classroom lessons on health and well-being into engaging, easy-to-digest stories for students nationwide.
Premiering on October 6, Gen H airs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12:20 PM on Knowledge Channel and its digital platforms. The series brings the AIA Healthiest Schools (AHS) curriculum to life through fun video lessons covering nutrition, physical activity, mental wellness, and environmental care—making health education accessible to students in more than 10,000 public schools nationwide.

The launch, held at Naga Central School II, was attended by Mayor Leni Robredo, alongside students, teachers, DepEd officials, and representatives from AIA Philippines and KCFI. Learners participated in interactive “Knowledge on the Go” activities and enjoyed a sneak preview of the series.
“With Gen H, we’re helping shape a generation that’s not only health-conscious but also community-minded and environmentally aware,” said Melissa Henson, Chief Marketing Officer of AIA Philippines. Rina Lopez, KCFI President and Executive Director, added, “By bringing health education into classrooms and homes, we’re planting the seeds of lifelong wellness and shared responsibility.”
Mayor Leni Robredo lauded the initiative, emphasizing that healthy children form the foundation of strong families and communities.
The event also marked the first leg of the Gen H School Roadshow, which will visit schools nationwide to promote health, wellness, and sustainability—empowering Filipino students to live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
