The Shell Fast Track: Auto Workshop Business Summit continues to unite auto workshop owners, entrepreneurs, and Shell Helix partners to exchange insights, strengthen ties, and drive business growth across the Philippines.

Now on its second run, Fast Track recently made its stop in Cagayan de Oro, featuring an expanded network of partners and a stronger lineup of sessions. What began as a summit for new business opportunities has evolved into a platform helping workshop owners run more efficient, competitive, and sustainable operations.

Led by Shell experts and industry leaders, the program featured discussions on topics that matter most to today’s workshop entrepreneurs—from adapting to changing customer needs to using digital tools and financial solutions that simplify operations and improve service delivery. Many participants also explored new ways to expand their workshops and create local jobs through the guidance and resources shared during the summit.

“For us, it’s about helping our partners grow steadily and sustainably, not just encouraging expansion for expansion’s sake,” said Ika Halili, Head of Marketing and Business Development for Shell Lubricants.

Unlike typical franchise models, Shell Fast Track operates on a partner-driven approach with no franchise fees. Shell works closely with each workshop to understand its goals and growth potential, empowering mechanics and entrepreneurs with training, tools, and business opportunities to help them succeed.

“Every workshop that grows adds to the vitality of its community—from the people it employs to the customers it serves,” said Jensen Garcia, Shell Helix Brand Manager. “Shell Helix is proud to be part of their journey, because their progress contributes to local progress as well.”

Through Fast Track, Shell Helix reaffirms its commitment to empowering workshop partners and fueling shared growth across communities.
