PICKUP COFFEE recently launched their new loyalty program, PICKUP Club, with the exclusive PICKUP Perks Event. The event was held at its Vertis North branch, the first and biggest PICKUP PRIME store in the Metro and showcased how the app’s digital rewards can turn into real-world experiences for the guests.

An elevated and experiential event, the guests got to try out the various perks in the PICKUP Club by first downloading the PICKUP App, where a loyalty and rewards program are available exclusively on the app. The guests then went through a series of interactive challenges and reward redemptions: a chance to snap photos with Phil the Cup, race in Catch the Espresso Bean and put their testing memory to work in Match the Perk. Each challenge lets them unlock points and discover perks. Using points earned at the event, guests redeemed exclusive merchandise, vouchers, and their favorite PICKUP COFFEE drinks.

The PICKUP Club is now available to all customers through the PICKUP App where members can enjoy a variety of perks, including:

  • Delivery Discounts and access to exclusive merch across its Bronze, Silver, Gold and Emerald club tiers
  • Special birthday treats during their birthday month and monthsary treat (as much as 4 free PICKUP for those in the Emerald tier!)
  • Order discounts (3x, 6x and 9x for Silver, Gold and Emerald tiers, respectively)
