HUAWEI is making device maintenance more accessible through HUAWEI Service Day 2026 and its Worry-Free Care Package, offering discounted out-of-warranty repairs and added protection for select devices.
Save on Repairs During HUAWEI Service Day
Held on the first Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of every month, HUAWEI Service Day waives labor fees for out-of-warranty repairs across smartphones, tablets, wearables, audio devices, and PCs. Customers only pay for the quoted replacement parts.
Visitors can also receive a free screen protector for their HUAWEI smartphones and wearables, even without availing of a repair. Upcoming schedules are November 6–8 and December 4–6, 2026, at participating HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers. Each user may participate once per month.
Added Protection With Worry-Free Care
Bundled with select devices, including the HUAWEI nova 16s series and select wearables, the one-year Worry-Free Care Package provides one-time protection against screen, back cover, camera, and liquid damage. Covered repairs require a flat service fee of ₱1,299 per component, while replacement parts are provided free of charge.
The package also includes free battery replacement within one year if the device’s maximum battery capacity falls below 85%, subject to service center inspection.
Users can check their coverage through the My HUAWEI App under Support and Benefits. Repairs may be scheduled through the HUAWEI Support website, while walk-ins are also welcome at authorized centers. For assistance, customers can contact the 24/7 HUAWEI Consumer Service Hotline.
