The event, held at Savio Restaurant, was elevated by the presence of Chef Alvin Leung, the three-Michelin-starred “Demon Chef,” a world champion oyster shucker, and a renowned mixologist, creating an unforgettable evening of culinary excitement.

The launch also marked the start of the “Oyster Month: A Symphony of the Sea” campaign, running throughout November. Guests can indulge in the finest oysters from around the world, served fresh, paired with premium wines, and featured in exclusive dishes personally curated by Chef Leung. The competition crowned Mr. Theerapat Jaiporn of The Oyster Bar x TRIBE Sky Beach Club as champion, with Mr. Benjaphon Lamvatcharin as first runner-up and Mr. Chanwit Sae-lee of Chatrium Grand Bangkok as second runner-up. The champion will represent Thailand as the country’s first delegate at the China Shuck Off World Cup in May 2026, with round-trip airfare and accommodation provided.
Throughout November, seafood lovers can enjoy the signature Seafood Tower, featuring Canadian lobster, jumbo white shrimp, fresh scallops, and premium oysters from France, Ireland, and the USA, available every Friday to Sunday.
