Salesforce is expanding Agentforce Coworker, its AI teammate for business tasks, with reusable workflows, deeper customer context, and new experiences across Microsoft Teams, mobile, and desktop. The expansion follows a reported 21-fold increase in usage over three months.
Agentforce Coworker helps employees delegate tasks, coordinate specialized AI agents, and complete multi-step work using existing Salesforce records, business processes, and connected data. It operates within established security permissions and governance controls.
New Features for Everyday Work
The expansion introduces several capabilities designed to make AI-assisted work more accessible:
- Microsoft Teams integration: Delegate tasks directly from Teams conversations without switching applications.
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connections: Bring emails, calendars, and files together with Salesforce customer data.
- Mobile and desktop apps: Access and manage tasks across iOS, Mac, and Windows.
- Conversation History: Resume previous conversations across supported platforms.
- Skills: Turn proven workflows into reusable requests that teams can easily run.
- Scheduled Tasks and Daily Digest: Automate recurring work and receive daily priority updates, expected in December 2026.
Salesforce is also introducing a $50 per-user monthly pricing option to help businesses budget as adoption grows.
Supporting Enterprise Workflows
Among its early adopters is The Adecco Group, which is expanding Coworker across 40 countries to help employees access relevant candidate and client information.
“The launch of Agentforce Coworker means our teams have access to a single interface that understands candidate history and client context precisely when human judgment matters most,” said Denis Machuel, CEO of The Adecco Group.
Availability
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connectivity, Conversation History, Skills, and per-user pricing are available now. Microsoft Teams integration and the iOS, Mac, and Windows apps are generally available in November 2026. Scheduled Tasks and Daily Digest are expected in December 2026.
Salesforce customers can enable Agentforce Coworker through Setup or contact their account executive for per-user pricing. Feature availability may vary by region and customer agreement.
