Getting started with GCrypto is designed to be straightforward. Eligible users can complete verification, fund their trading wallets instantly from their GCash balance, and trade digital assets 24/7 without submitting tedious paperwork.
Beyond in-app trading, GCrypto supports sending and receiving digital assets through external crypto wallets and exchanges. This allows users to move their holdings without having to sell or liquidate them first.
For example, users who want to transfer Bitcoin into GCrypto can simply select Bitcoin from their dashboard, tap Receive, and copy their wallet address or display its QR code. They can then enter the receiving address in their external wallet, verify that the transaction details match, and send the funds. Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the Bitcoin appears in their GCrypto wallet, ready to hold or trade.
To register, fully verified and eligible GCash users aged 18 and above can open the app, go to the Invest tab, select GCrypto, and complete the application process. Upon approval, users can fund their trading wallet in real time directly from their GCash balance without transfer fees.
