FedEx Philippines has earned Great Place to Work® Certification for 2026 and three recognitions at the 2026 HR Excellence Awards, highlighting its continued focus on building an inclusive, high-performing workplace where employees feel safe, respected, and supported in their professional growth.
The Great Place to Work® Certification is based on the Trust Index™ Survey, which captures employees’ perspectives on their workplace experience. FedEx Philippines received particularly strong ratings for workplace safety, fair treatment regardless of gender or sexual orientation, welcoming new employees, and fostering a sense of pride in the organization.

At the 2026 HR Excellence Awards, FedEx Philippines received Silver for Excellence in Cross-Generational Workforce Engagement, Silver for Excellence in Retention Strategy, and Bronze for Excellence in Performance Management Evolution. Selected among 70 participating organizations, the company was recognized for initiatives designed to strengthen collaboration across generations, support employee engagement and retention, and evolve performance management through continuous feedback, coaching, and data-driven insights.
The recognition also marks the third consecutive year that FedEx Philippines has been recognized by the HR Excellence Awards, a regional program highlighting innovative and impactful human resources practices.
