FedEx Philippines has been recognized as one of HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026 for the fourth consecutive year, earning three additional honors for its efforts in employee development, workplace sustainability, and digital innovation.
The company received the People Transformation Award, Sustainable Workplace Award, and Tech Empowerment Award alongside its main recognition. Organized by HR Asia, a leading human resources publication in the Asia-Pacific region, the awards evaluate organizations through the publication’s proprietary Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM), which measures employee engagement, workplace culture, and HR practices.
The People Transformation Award recognizes organizations that evolve their human resources frameworks to meet changing workforce needs. The Sustainable Workplace Award highlights companies that integrate environmentally conscious practices into their workplace and employee experience, while the Tech Empowerment Award celebrates the use of digital tools and technological innovation to empower employees and strengthen HR practices.
