TP in the Philippines joined the vibrant celebration of Dabawenyo culture and resilience at this year’s Kadayawan Festival in Davao City, highlighting its long-standing commitment to growing alongside the communities it serves.

TP’s festival float earned second place in the parade, featuring a majestic Philippine Eagle with its wings reaching outward. The design symbolized the company’s commitment to standing alongside local communities, creating opportunities, and celebrating milestones together.

Adding meaning to the float was a display of 29 pearls, representing TP’s 30th anniversary in the Philippines and its growing presence across 29 sites nationwide. The elements were designed to reflect the company’s journey and its continued growth alongside Filipino communities.

The celebration also comes as TP marks another significant milestone—its ninth consecutive Great Place to Work® (GPTW) certification), underscoring its focus on creating a positive workplace experience while expanding its presence across the country.

TP has further strengthened its commitment to Davao and Mindanao with the opening of its second site in the region earlier this year, creating additional opportunities for Filipinos while expanding the company’s footprint in the area.

The company’s participation in Kadayawan reflects the festival’s themes of abundance, gratitude, and resilience, values that align with TP’s own journey in the Philippines.

As TP continues to expand, its presence in communities across the country goes beyond business growth. The company remains focused on providing opportunities for Filipinos and building meaningful connections with the communities it calls home.
