Grab Philippines is giving users more ways to save with an expanded GrabCoins rewards program, allowing customers to earn and redeem coins across everyday services including rides, food deliveries, grocery shopping, and cashless payments.
Users can earn GrabCoins through eligible GrabCar bookings, GrabFood and GrabMart orders, GrabPay transactions, and selected activities within the Grab app. Earned coins can then be exchanged for vouchers or used as discounts on eligible rides, deliveries, grocery purchases, and in-store payments.
More Ways to Earn GrabCoins
All Grab users can collect GrabCoins by completing eligible transactions and participating in selected in-app activities. These include making an Advanced Booking or Group Ride, hosting a GrabFood group order, ordering during special promotional periods, and shopping from participating grocery and pharmacy categories on GrabMart.
GrabUnlimited (GU) members can earn even more GrabCoins through eligible cashless Grab transactions. Members receive 6 GrabCoins for every ₱100 spent using GrabPay and 3 GrabCoins for every ₱100 spent through other cashless payment methods.
Earn 2× GrabCoins Every Month
Grab is also introducing Double Coins Days, a monthly promotion available to all users from the 23rd to the 25th of every month.
During the promotion period, users can earn 2× GrabCoins on selected eligible transactions. Participating offers can be found on the GrabCoins homepage within the Grab app.
Redeem GrabCoins Across Grab Services
Once earned, GrabCoins can be used in several ways. Users can exchange them for vouchers through the GrabCoins catalogue or apply them directly to eligible GrabCar, GrabFood, and GrabMart transactions using the GrabCoins toggle feature.
GrabCoins can also be used for in-store QR Ph payments when paying through GrabPay, giving users another way to turn their accumulated rewards into savings.
GrabCoins are valid for six months from the date they are earned.
Users can check their GrabCoins balance, explore available rewards, and manage their redemptions anytime through the Grab app.
With more ways to earn and redeem rewards, GrabCoins gives Filipinos added opportunities to save while using the everyday services they already rely on.
