Bang Bang Philippines and Xiaomi Philippines have completed campus visits to National University – Laguna and Technological Institute of the Philippines – Quezon City, promoting healthy gaming, teamwork, and belongingness among students through MLBB-themed activities. These included word games, raffles, and a career talk by MOONTON Games, discussing opportunities in the esports and gaming industry.

“Having a passion for MLBB can help you land a job, no matter what your college degree is. We’ve worked with a lot of marketers, social media moderators, broadcast managers, logistics managers, talent handlers, and operations managers who play an important role in mounting a successful campaign,” MOONTON Games – Philippines Human Resource Head Stephen Mabasa shared.

The conference discussed fostering a healthier gaming environment, addressing issues like trashtalking, cheating, and discrimination. It emphasized the importance of recognizing these negative behaviors as gamers to foster a more welcoming environment, highlighting the need for a more inclusive gaming community.

MLBB has been implementing measures both within and beyond the game to ensure a healthy gaming environment and foster an atmosphere where players can enjoy their gaming experience. This includes the in-game reporting mechanics, moderation and enforcement, and community building initiatives such as this event.
