ABS-CBN Corporation and PLDT have decided not to sell Sky Cable to PLDT under the March 2023 Sale and Purchase Agreement. Sky Cable will continue its cable TV service and SKYFiber, its internet broadband service, while ensuring subscribers can maintain their subscriptions. Sky apologizes for the decision and promises to provide the same level of customer experience and service for both cable and internet services.
