What happens when women come together to share their stories and lift each other up? That spirit defined #UnstoppablePowHER: The Watsons Women’s Forum 2025, held at Enderun, McKinley, Taguig City. Organized by Watsons, the country’s leading health, wellness, and beauty retailer, the event brought together women from all walks of life for an afternoon of courage, connection, and empowerment.
“Today is all about women empowerment—giving women a voice, a platform, and a community where we can share stories and remind one another that we are never alone,” said Kim Reyes, Beauty Business Unit and Commercial Services Director. “At Watsons, empowerment has always been part of who we are.”
The forum featured an inspiring panel of changemakers: Ting Joson, Secretary General of Triathlon Philippines; Karen Ibasco, Miss Earth 2017 and WWF Ambassador; Lynn Pinugu, CEO of She Talks Asia and Executive Director of Mano Amiga; and Atty. Star Elamparo, the first Woman Lawyer of the Year at the Southeast Asia Law Awards. Each speaker shared powerful insights on resilience, equality, and purpose, showing that empowerment comes in many forms.
Guests also participated in PowHER Stories, an open mic session for women to share personal journeys of strength and self-discovery, and explored creative spaces like a perfume bar, watercolor portraits, a photo booth, and a message wall—reflecting Watsons’ belief that beauty and wellness start from within.
“The celebration doesn’t end here. Empowerment isn’t a one-day event—it’s a way of life,” shared Sharon Decapia, SAVP for Marketing, PR & Sustainability of Watsons Philippines. “When women empower women, the world becomes a better place.”
