The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines, the marketing and promotions arm of the Department of Tourism, announces the 16th Regional Travel Fair (RTF) happening from November 14 to 16, 2025 in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. Now on its 16th edition, the RTF continues its mission of bringing together key tourism players to spotlight diverse destinations and introduce new travel offerings across MIMAROPA — Your Destination of Choice.

“The 16th Regional Travel Fair gives travelers easier access to experiences that are proudly local, deeply cultural, and uniquely Filipino,” said TPB Chief Operating Officer Maria Margarita Montemayor Nograles. “It is fitting to culminate this year’s fair in Palawan, one of the Philippines’ most celebrated destinations. From its lush rainforests to its white sand beaches, MIMAROPA exemplifies the natural beauty that defines the Philippines as a world-class destination.”

The three-day event begins with a Business-to-Business (B2B) session on November 14 at Princesa Garden Island Resort and Spa, where 52 buyers and 53 sellers from Puerto Princesa City and the provinces of Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and Palawan will explore collaborations and strengthen partnerships.

On November 15 and 16, the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) fair opens to the public for free at Robinsons Palawan, offering exclusive discounts on domestic tour packages, airfare, and accommodations. Visitors can also enjoy interactive showcases from DOT regional offices, local government units, and various tourism partners.

To further highlight the region, TPB will host familiarization tours across Puerto Princesa and nearby towns, featuring sustainable enterprises and eco-tourism sites such as Iwahig Penal Farm, Mitra Ranch, Binuatan Creations, Delma Pearl, and Baker’s Hill.

Organized with the Provincial Government of Palawan, the City Government of Puerto Princesa, and key industry partners, the 16th RTF continues TPB’s commitment to championing domestic tourism. The event invites travelers and stakeholders alike to discover why MIMAROPA remains the Destination of Choice.
