TP Philippines, a global leader in digital business services, joined the Love Laban 2026 Pride March at the University of the Philippines Diliman, reinforcing its commitment to equality, inclusion, and a culture of belonging.

Led by the TP Pride Network, more than 250 TP employees took part in the six-kilometer march from University Avenue to Congressional Avenue, joining advocates, allies, and partner organizations in one of the country’s largest Pride celebrations.

Marching under the banner “Built on Pride, United in Belonging,” TP employees stood alongside the broader community in support of equality, dignity, and human rights.

The company said its participation reflects its continuing efforts to foster a workplace where every individual is respected, valued, and empowered to thrive. Through initiatives such as the TP Pride Network, TP Philippines continues to promote a culture where employees can feel a strong sense of belonging while being encouraged to bring their authentic selves to the workplace.

The Love Laban 2026 Pride March also provided an opportunity for TP employees to come together with advocates and allies in expressing support for a more inclusive community.
