TP in the Philippines, a global leader in digital business services, reaffirmed its commitment to fostering a culture of belonging and diversity as employees participated in LOVELAB4N 2026 (Love Laban) Pride March at the University of the Philippines Diliman.
Spearheaded by the TP Pride Network, the company’s employees joined advocates, allies, and partner organizations under the banner “Built on Pride, United in Belonging.” The annual celebration brought together participants to promote equality, dignity, and human rights.
TP employees took part in the six-kilometer Pride March from University Avenue to Congressional Avenue, joining one of the country’s largest Pride celebrations. Employees from different regions also participated in Pride March events held in Baguio, Cebu, Bacolod, and Davao, extending the company’s message of inclusion beyond Metro Manila.
Beyond Pride Month activities, TP continues to strengthen an inclusive workplace throughout the year. The company supports initiatives such as Pride Forum and Queertuhan sessions, which provide opportunities for open dialogue, learning, and meaningful conversations surrounding the experiences of LGBTQIA+ employees and communities.
Through these initiatives, TP Philippines continues to promote a workplace where employees can feel valued, respected, and empowered to be themselves. Its participation in LOVELAB4N 2026 reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to build a culture rooted in belonging, diversity, equality, and inclusion.
