TP Philippines Celebrates Record Year for TP LaunchPad, Expands Partnership with Mapua Malayan Digital College

Manila, PhilippinesTP in the Philippines marked a milestone year for TP LaunchPad, its flagship student empowerment program, reaching over 19,000 students across more than 40 partner schools. The program continues to bridge the gap between academic institutions and the rapidly growing IT-BPM industry by equipping students with critical skills for the workplace.

TP LaunchPad offers a comprehensive suite of resources including mock interviews, training sessions, mentorship, job fairs, and site tours, preparing students for meaningful careers in IT-BPM.

To further strengthen its commitment to education and workforce readiness, TP has formalized a strategic partnership with Mapua Malayan Colleges Laguna (MMCL) and its digital learning arm, Mapua Malayan Digital College (MMDC). This collaboration aims to:

  • Integrate TP insights into the MMCL curriculum to better prepare graduates for careers in IT-BPM

  • Empower TP employees to pursue further studies with MMDC through employee scholarship programs
