TP, a global leader in digital business services, participated in the 2025 Love Laban Festival in Quezon City, Philippines, with over 250 employees and leaders, including Chief People Officer Jeffrey Johnson. The event celebrated inclusivity and safety, featuring interactive events and meaningful conversations. TP also deepened its community engagement through TP Cebu and TP Bacolod Pride Fun Runs, where hundreds of employees participated. TP Cebu and TP Davao also participated in city-wide Pride parades.

On the other hand, TP Baguio had 50 representatives, TP Bacolod had 60, and TP Cagayan de Oro had 30 in their respective cities’ Pride Marches. They wore bright yellow and carried streamers and flags showing unity and oneness.

Overall, 455 TP employees joined Pride Marches nationwide, and these marches served as TP in the Philippines’ strong proof point in fostering diversity across its workforce.

TP in the Philippines’ vibrant participation culminated at the 2025 Pride Love Laban Festival —an annual partnership between the Quezon City local government unit (LGU) and Pride PH, a network of LGBTQ+ organizations. Bringing together hundreds of thousands of people since 2021, this year’s Love Laban Festival made history again by attracting 100,000 people from the University of the Philippines–Diliman (UPD).

“Support for the LGBTQ+ community at TP does not stop at policy. It is reflected in how we train our people, how we build our teams, and how we hold ourselves accountable to creating work environments that reflect fairness and respect. I am proud of the people who participated in the festival, reining the workplace we aim to shape together,”  said Jeffrey Johnson, Chief People Officer of TP in the Philippines.

At the Love Laban Festival Pride March, over 250 TP employees and leaders marched almost six kilometers in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community. This underscores the organization’s role in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. TP also installed a booth at the UPD campus, which offered a rest area beside a water refilling station, and featured face painting services, a photo booth, and a Spin the Wheel game.

“We’re happy to celebrate Pride with everybody as TP believes every individual deserves respect and equality,” said Human Resources Director of TP in the Philippines, Neil Norman Littaua.

Beyond events, TP has institutionalized inclusivity in its operations through the conduct of Queertuhan sessions, an ongoing dialogue series centering on queer voices within its team to reflect on the meaning of belonging. Along with the Pride Fun Runs, these collective efforts demonstrate the company’s long-standing commitment to inclusion and diversity as lived out by TP employees from Luzon to Mindanao.

“At TP, our inclusion and diversity programs start from the ground up. We focus on ensuring everyone feels welcome [in the organization],” Johnson concluded.
