Shell Pilipinas Corporation has received multiple accolades at the Asian Management Excellence Awards 2026 and the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards 2026, highlighting the company’s efforts in employee well-being, sustainability, digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, and business innovation.

The awards recognize Shell Pilipinas’ commitment to developing programs that create meaningful value for its employees, customers, partners, and the communities it serves.

At the Asian Management Excellence Awards 2026, Shell Pilipinas was honored with the Philippines Employee Engagement of the Year – Oil & Gas and Philippines Health and Wellness Initiative of the Year – Oil & Gas awards for its Be Well program.

Built around the Filipino spirit of bayanihan and aligned with Shell’s global Powering Progress strategy, the Be Well initiative promotes a holistic approach to employee wellness. The program encourages physical, mental, and social well-being through a variety of activities and engagement programs implemented across Shell offices and supply terminals nationwide.

Shell Pilipinas also achieved strong recognition at the 2026 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, taking home a total of 10 awards, including three Gold Stevie Awards for initiatives focused on investor relations, e-commerce growth, and sustainability.

Among the Gold-winning projects were:

  • IR Transformation: Democratizing Investor Access in a Micro-Cap Market, which strengthened investor engagement and accessibility;
  • Shell’s 5x2y Story, an initiative that drove e-commerce growth and business performance; and
  • Project PASA, a circular economy program that promotes the repurposing and reuse of end-of-use office assets.

The company also received Silver Stevie Awards for several initiatives, including:

  • Shell Lubricants Philippines’ Integrated Stakeholder Engagement Ecosystem;
  • The Shell Lubricants Philippines Marketing Team;
  • The Plasticycle Project, which advances sustainability and waste management efforts; and
  • Shell LiveWire, the company’s flagship enterprise development program that supports entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Additional Bronze Stevie Awards were awarded to Shell Pilipinas for its digital influencer campaigns supporting Shell Advance, Shell Helix, and Shell Rimula, as well as the Shell Advantage Rewards App and the Be Well employee wellness program.
