Japanese retail brand MUJI is expanding its presence in the Philippines with the opening of its 12th store at SM Aura Premier on June 26, marking its third branch in Bonifacio Global City after Central Square Mall and Uptown Mall.

Located on the third floor of SM Aura Premier along 26th Street corner McKinley Parkway, the new store will offer exclusive opening promotions, limited-edition products, and in-store activities during its launch week.

Opening promotions and customer activities

From June 26 to 28, customers can enjoy exclusive opening offers, while more than 50 selected products across clothing, skincare, household essentials, and other bestselling MUJI items will be available at special prices until July 1.

The first 1,000 customers in line each day from June 26 to 28 will receive a complimentary MUJI Gift Set without any purchase required. Each gift set includes two pieces of Plain Pandesal, one Ube Pandesal, a MUJI item, and a ₱300 discount voucher redeemable with a minimum purchase of ₱1,500.

Customers who spend at least ₱1,500 can also participate in several in-store activities, including a complimentary photobooth session and a Spin-to-Win game featuring prizes such as a Makeup Box, Hard Carry Case, Hand Towel Twin Pile with Loop, and PP Cable Case with Stand. One Hard Carry Case will be awarded as the daily grand prize.

Shoppers may also join the SNS Challenge by posting a photo taken inside MUJI SM Aura using the hashtag #MUJIAuraOpening, following MUJI Philippines’ official social media pages, and presenting a receipt worth at least ₱1,500. The first 150 participants each day during designated redemption hours will receive a special gift set.

Coffee lovers can enjoy a complimentary drink upsize on all coffee-based beverages, while customers with a minimum single receipt of ₱1,500 can also receive a limited-edition MUJI SM Aura tote bag available in two exclusive designs, while supplies last.

Exclusive makeup collection

The SM Aura branch also debuts MUJI’s latest makeup collection, available exclusively at the new store.

Designed around the theme “Natural and Healthy Look,” the collection features base makeup and color cosmetics formulated to enhance the skin’s natural tone while delivering a subtle, radiant finish. Summer-inspired lip colors, improved base makeup products, and standardized packaging designed to fit MUJI’s Makeup Storage system are among the highlights.

The products contain moisturizing ingredients such as jojoba seed oil, shea butter, apricot kernel oil, and chamomile flower extract.

From June 26 to 28, customers can also visit the Health & Beauty Wellness Booth, where MUJI will conduct makeup tutorial workshops showcasing products from the exclusive collection, including powder foundation, loose powder, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, cheek color, lip essence, and lipstick. Guests are encouraged to share their makeover experience on social media after the sessions.

Store-exclusive food and beverages

The new branch also features a Coffee Counter with a spacious dining area overlooking Bonifacio Global City.

In addition to coffee, rice meals, pastries, bread, and soft-serve ice cream, the store introduces two SM Aura exclusives: the Spanish Latte and Danish pastries.

The Spanish Latte, available hot or iced, combines espresso, fresh milk, and condensed milk, with an optional oat milk substitute. Meanwhile, the buttery Danish pastries are offered in Peach and Blueberry flavors.

With the opening of its newest branch, MUJI continues to expand its footprint in Metro Manila while bringing customers a wider selection of lifestyle products, food offerings, and exclusive shopping experiences.
