Metro Channel celebrated major wins at this year’s Gawad Tanglaw, with accolades for its lifestyle programs “Beached,” “Metro Home,” and “It’s A Small World.”
The channel’s home design show, “Metro Home,” hosted by Anton Barretto and Jessica Kienle-Maxwell, took home Best TV Lifestyle Program, highlighting the show’s creative take on interior design and home living.
Adventure and sustainability took the spotlight as Marc Nelson, host of the travel show “Beached,” was named Best TV Lifestyle Program Host. The program explores stunning beach destinations worldwide while promoting eco-tourism.
Meanwhile, social media personality Small Laude earned recognition for “It’s A Small World”, which won Best TV VLOG Series. The show features Laude’s vibrant explorations locally and abroad, bringing a fresh and immersive perspective to travel and lifestyle content.
The 21st Gawad Parangal para sa Sining at Kultura ceremony will take place on December 17, celebrating outstanding contributions to Philippine arts, culture, and lifestyle programming.
