Sundays at Finestra in Solaire Resort Entertainment City have taken on a new dimension with Brunchissimo, an elaborate Italian brunch curated by Executive Chef Andrea Spagoni, running every Sunday from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

The experience opens with table-side small plates — baked oysters, mushroom risotto, freshly baked pizza, and a seafood tower — before giving way to an extensive buffet with live cooking stations. The spread covers crispy veal Milanese, roasted pork belly, grilled seabass, chicken cacciatore, lasagna, and a selection of pastas, alongside an international cheese station. A roving trolley brings prime cuts — tomahawk, ribeye, and sirloin — directly to tables throughout the meal.

Seafood runs throughout the afternoon with oysters, lobster, and scallops available on rotation. The sweet finish is equally theatrical: a live tiramisu station and a strolling cannoli chef who fills pastries tableside, with a dedicated dessert station rounding out the options.

On the drinks side, a cocktail trolley makes the rounds with Negronis, Bellinis, and Bloody Marys, while Aperol Spritz pairs naturally with the opening oysters and the bay views beyond. Brunchissimo is offered in three tiers: Delizioso, an alcohol-free option with crafted mocktails; and Prezioso and Lusso, both featuring wines, cocktails, and premium spirits.
