Hitachi Vantara has officially raised the bar for enterprise data infrastructure with the launch of Virtual Storage Platform One (VSP One) Block High End, its most advanced all-flash NVMe storage system yet. Designed for mission-critical operations and the explosive demand of modern AI workloads, the platform completes Hitachi’s unified VSP One data strategy—giving organizations a faster, smarter, and more secure foundation for innovation.

As companies adopt AI at full speed, many are discovering that legacy storage simply can’t keep up. More than 70% of enterprises report they’re unprepared for the data intensity of future AI and ML workloads, while 57% struggle to manage information spread across hybrid, multi-cloud environments. VSP One Block High End is engineered for this new reality, delivering ultra-low latency, lightning-fast transaction processing, and uninterrupted access to business-critical data.

Data infrastructure must evolve or risk holding back innovation,” says Octavian Tanase, Chief Product Officer at Hitachi Vantara. “VSP One Block High End is a strategic enabler for how enterprises capture, manage, protect, and scale data in the AI era.”

Security and resilience sit at the core of the system. The platform offers FIPS 140-3 Level 2 certification, eight nines of availability, immutable snapshots, AI-powered anomaly detection via CyberSense, and near-zero-loss recovery backed by Hitachi’s Cyber Resilience Guarantee. Its all-flash NVMe design delivers up to 50 million IOPS and 346TB per RU, with hardware-accelerated compression and a 4:1 Data Reduction Guarantee for improved efficiency. Eco-mode CPU management also helps reduce energy consumption—a growing priority for data-heavy enterprises.

Organizations can further simplify operations through VSP 360, which provides fleet-wide management, AIOps-driven insights, guided workflows, and streamlined cloud integration with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

Hitachi Vantara’s VSP One Block High End will be available globally in early 2026 through the company’s network of partners.
