Heybo is bringing together the flavors of two iconic Asian food destinations with the launch of KōTai, a new bowl inspired by the vibrant culinary traditions of Tokyo and Taipei.

Available in all Heybo branches, KōTai is the brand’s latest limited offering built around the idea that memorable meals happen when cultures come together. Carrying the campaign theme “Two Cities, One Bold Bowl,” the dish combines familiar comfort with fresh flavors and textures.

A fusion of Japanese and Taiwanese flavors

At the center of the bowl are sweet potato noodles, offering a chewy yet light alternative to traditional grain bases. They are topped with tender bulgogi beef, delivering rich, savory flavors that complement the bowl’s fresh ingredients.

KōTai also features oden radish, known for its delicate sweetness and ability to absorb flavor, alongside grilled mushrooms that add smoky umami notes. A turnip edamame salad provides freshness and crunch, while crispy shallots complete the dish with an added layer of texture.

Together, these exclusive ingredients create a combination unique to the KōTai bowl.

Signature sauces complete the experience

Complementing the ingredients are two sauces developed exclusively for KōTai.

A sweet chili dip adds a balance of sweetness and mild heat, while a Taiwanese chili vinaigrette introduces bright, tangy flavors that tie the bowl together. The pairing creates a balanced blend of sweet, savory, smoky, and refreshing flavors in every bite.

Made for everyday dining

Beyond its bold flavors, KōTai is designed as a satisfying everyday meal.

Each serving contains 570.2 calories and is made with extra lean meat and high-protein ingredients. The bowl is also dairy-free and nut-free, making it suitable for a variety of dietary preferences.

Whether for lunch, a post-workout meal, or simply a change from the usual, KōTai offers a flavorful option inspired by two of Asia’s most celebrated food cultures.

Available nationwide

The Heybo KōTai bowl is now available for dine-in and takeaway at all Heybo branches. Customers can also order it through GrabFood and foodpanda for delivery.
