Gap has tapped GRAMMY-nominated Puerto Rican artist Young Miko for its latest campaign, Sweats like this — a full music video built around a reimagined version of her hit track “WASSUP” and the brand’s GapSweats collection.

The video, directed by Bethany Vargas and shot by Olivia Malone, features 26 Latin dancers in a dedicated choreography segment led by Zoi Tatopoulos. Each dancer is styled in a monochromatic GapSweats look — wide-leg joggers, shorts, and fleece silhouettes — while Young Miko wears the brand’s iconic arch logo hoodie alongside a custom cropped style. Styling was handled by Caroline Newell and fashion consultant Alastair McKimm.

Young Miko, who broke through in 2025 with “WASSUP” — now past 137 million Spotify streams — brings over 20 million monthly listeners and 21 million social media followers to the collaboration. Her sound blends early 2000s rap and hip-hop with reggaeton and Spanglish lyricism, and she has worked with artists including Bad Bunny, KAROL G, Central Cee, and Marshmello.

“Working with Gap felt natural because they gave me the space to express myself and my culture authentically,” she said.

GapSweats is available at gap.com.ph and in-store at SM Mall of Asia, TriNoma, SM Megamall, Glorietta 4, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Evia Lifestyle Center, Alabang Town Center, and Ayala Malls Abreeza.
