The evening highlights the talents of Chef January “Janu” Belardo of Quezon Club, Skybar Head Mixologist Melody Protacio, and Restaurant Manager Cacharelle “Cali” Serrajotto, along with their respective teams. Diners will experience a nine-course set menu inspired by Chef Janu’s personal journey, featuring dishes such as:

  • Calamansi ricotta-infused agnolotti pasta

  • Shio koji tenderloin with miso lentil puree, shishito, and caramelized jus

  • Burnt eggplant with flower croustade

Each course can be paired with expertly crafted beverages by Melody Protacio’s team for an additional Php 1,000++, creating a seamless blend of culinary and mixology artistry.
