MO BAR, Singapore, unveils Vol. 7 Modern Localism: The City of Art, a bold new cocktail menu celebrating the city’s vibrant creative landscape through 15 signature drinks.

The menu captures the rhythm of Singapore as it unfolds through the day, inspired by wandering the city and discovering its artistry. MO BAR collaborated with 11 creatives across perfumery, design, food, music, and industry, selected for their heritage, dedication to craft, and compelling personal stories.

“Modern Localism Vol. 7 isn’t about categories or disciplines,” said Kim Jung Hoo, Assistant Bar Manager at MO BAR. “It reflects how we experience Singapore—from morning rituals to cultural explorations and winding down at MO BAR. Each drink is inspired by someone we admire and their approach to creation.”
