Dyson today unveils the Dyson PencilWash™, a breakthrough in wet cleaning technology that combines precision, hygiene, and effortless maneuverability. Designed for modern homes, the PencilWash™ is Dyson’s slimmest, lightest wet cleaner yet—without compromising on cleaning performance.

PencilWash™ applies that thinking to wet cleaning: our slimmest, ultra-light format that glides effortlessly and reaches where others can’t. Using hydration, agitation, and extraction, it delivers a hygienic clean with fresh water only, supported by our filter-free system. Ultra-Slim, Lightweight, and Highly Maneuverable

The Dyson PencilWash™ features a 38mm diameter handle and weighs just 2.2kg (380g in hand), making wet cleaning effortless. Its slim design allows it to lie flat up to 170°, easily reaching under low furniture and tight spaces without losing cleaning performance.

Hygienic Cleaning Without Filters

Unlike conventional wet cleaners that trap dirt, harbor bacteria, and emit odors, the PencilWash™ uses a filter-free design. This eliminates sludge, blockages, and drops in performance, ensuring consistent, hygienic results every time.

High-Density Microfibre Roller for Wet and Dry Debris

Equipped with a high-density microfibre roller with 64,000 filaments per cm², the PencilWash™ removes wet spills and dry debris simultaneously. Dirty water is continuously extracted on every rotation, while an 8-point hydration system delivers a precise supply of fresh water to the roller—ensuring every clean uses fresh water for maximum hygiene.

Cleans Up to 100m² in One Go

The PencilWash™ comes with customizable hydration modes to control floor wetness for light spills or stubborn stains, leaving a quick-drying finish. Its 300mL water tank covers up to 100m²—roughly the size of a two- to three-bedroom condominium unit in Metro Manila. With 30 minutes of runtime on a single charge, cleaning large areas has never been easier.
