SINGAPORE, January 27, 2026 — Disney Cruise Line has unveiled an all-new fireworks experience, “The Lion King: Celebration in the Sky,” aboard the Disney Adventure, featuring Shah Rukh Khan as narrator. The show reimagines the beloved Disney classic, bringing the story to life with a dazzling combination of pyrotechnics, dramatic lighting, and music performed by the Royal Scottish National Orchestra with vocals from South Africa’s Ndlovu Youth Choir.
Khan, who voiced Mufasa in the Hindi versions of The Lion King (2019) and Mufasa (2024), adds his signature warmth and storytelling flair, guiding guests on a journey that celebrates family, community, and the circle of life. The show features iconic songs and is designed for all ages to enjoy while gathered atop the ship.
“The Lion King: Celebration in the Sky” will run on select evenings during three- and four-night voyages, marking the Disney Adventure as Disney Cruise Line’s first ship to homeport in Asia. The cruise offers a full range of onboard entertainment, dining, retail, and leisure activities.
