Citadines Roces Quezon City has launched the Citadines Wedding Collective, a new initiative designed to simplify wedding planning by connecting couples with a curated network of trusted wedding professionals in one convenient platform.
The initiative brings together wedding designers, stylists, event specialists, florists, entertainers, photographers, and other creative partners, giving couples an easier way to discover inspiration, compare options, and collaborate with experienced suppliers while enjoying the hospitality of Citadines Roces Quezon City.
Led by General Manager Faith Quijano, the Citadines Wedding Collective is part of the property’s efforts to tap into Quezon City’s growing celebrations market while creating opportunities for local wedding entrepreneurs, creatives, and event professionals.
The launch opened with a traditional champagne toast led by Patrick Vaysse, Country General Manager of The Ascott Limited; Rennan John Reyes, Area General Manager of The Ascott Limited; and Quijano, marking a new chapter for the property and its growing role in the local wedding industry.
During the launch, Benz Co-Rana, President of Weddings at Work, shared the idea that “every space has a market,” a concept that aligned with Citadines Roces Quezon City’s vision of transforming its spaces into settings for meaningful celebrations. Anchored by its tagline, “Where City Celebrations Come to Life,” the property aims to create experiences where couples can bring their wedding visions to life with the help of a trusted community of professionals.
A One-Stop Community for Wedding Planning
The Citadines Wedding Collective was designed to give couples a connected wedding planning experience. Through its network of partners, couples can explore bridal fashion, floral arrangements, event styling, entertainment, photography, and other essentials while meeting the people behind the services.
The initiative was also highlighted through an open house wedding fair held during the launch weekend. Guests were able to meet participating suppliers, explore creative concepts, and discuss ideas for their own celebrations.
“At Citadines Roces Quezon City, we believe every celebration deserves a space where meaningful moments can happen. Through the Citadines Wedding Collective, we are not only opening our doors to weddings, but also creating a community of trusted partners who can help couples bring their vision to life from planning to celebration,” said Quijano.
Showcasing the Possibilities of the Venue
The launch also demonstrated the flexibility of Citadines Roces Quezon City’s event spaces through an in-house fashion show featuring creations by local designers Paulo Juan Bespoke and Doy Deterala.
The custom-designed runway transformed the property into an immersive wedding setting, highlighting how its spaces can be styled to complement different wedding themes and aesthetics.
Beyond the showcase, the property offers a ballroom that can accommodate up to 150 guests, with styling support from its in-house team. Its location near several churches in Quezon City also provides added convenience for couples planning their ceremonies and receptions.
Couples can further take advantage of wedding preparation suites, staycation and wedding setup options, and curated banquet packages at Alejo Restaurant & Bar, allowing them to manage different parts of their celebration within the property.
From Wedding Preparations to the Reception Table
Food also took center stage during the launch, with the Citadines Roces Quezon City culinary team presenting a curated selection led by Executive Chef Prince Patiño.
The menu featured dishes such as Lychee Ceviche Verde with Nori Crackers, Smoked Beetroot Tartare, and Parsley-Crusted Roast Beef Striploin, giving guests a preview of the property’s catering capabilities.
The culinary team also showcased a sustainable dining experience, featuring customizable offerings designed for both intimate celebrations and larger wedding receptions.
More than a venue, the Citadines Wedding Collective reflects the property’s goal of bringing together hospitality, creativity, and community. By connecting couples with local wedding professionals while offering flexible event spaces, accommodations, dining, and preparation services, Citadines Roces Quezon City aims to become a destination where modern city celebrations can come to life.
